RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused
item in its original condition within 5 days for a refund, less
shipping and handling costs.
Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, LVbagz.com will
refund your purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges.
Merchandise must be in "new and unused condition" (defined
below) to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Special orders
are not returnable. Refunds will be in the original form of
payment.
The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of
purchase and all original documentation and packaging;
otherwise, the return will not be honored.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number from
Lvbagz.com before returning merchandise. We unfortunately cannot
accept any returned merchandise without an RMA number. All
merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear
prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. "New
and unused condition" means that there are no scratches, marks,
or blemishes; the security tags are still attached and the item
must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept
a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned
merchandise. We take a lot of time to package and ship the
products to each customer. Replica items can be difficult to
obtain and require more time and effort on our part. We feel a
standard restocking fee is fair for these efforts. Our top
priority is making sure our customers are satisfied!

materials, including all paperwork and your order#.

Obtain an RMA number and return address by contacting
one of our representatives. The RMA number must be
written on the original invoice and on the return
shipping label. |

Ship your order to this address via a carrier with a
tracking system (USPS). |
